[Feedback] New Downloadable Client

wanneer komt er een oplossing om het spel op een smartphone of tablet te spelen, beetje waardeloos dat je nu geen keuze hebt, je word nu gedwongen om een programma te installeren wat helemaal niet werkt, beetje jammer BB! .exe werkt niet, dit hadden jullie ook wel kunnen verzinnen.. Jammer dat het nu voor een event wordt gelanceerd terwijl veel spelers nu TSO niet meer kunnen spelen omdat jullie client maar voor een beperkt aantal mensen speelbaar is.

Excelsior werkt niet of heel traag in deze client. Ook is het opstarten enorm traag (4 tot 5 minuten).

I used to play on both the english and the dutch URL. Now if one runs, the other cannot run. Is this going to be fixed?

I also played on tablet with Puffin, not working anymore.

I tried with different browsers, (re)downloaded the client a few times, rebooted, reinstalled, re-uhm... annoyed everything a couple of times..

Any tips would be welcome :)

Dear settlers,

The new downloadable client should work for Windows OS. We are still optimizing the macOS installer and it will be launched in January. While I have no news on whether an installer for Linux will be launched, I have forwarded your feedback to the dev team. Android is still not on the list of supported OS for this game. The puffin browser may work but it is not guaranteed.

Regarding the "Your client cannot be updated..." error message, could you provide your Windows OS version? Similar reports have been forwarded to the team for investigation.

It says Windows 10 Home - v1909

Not a professional approach if MAC users are first helped in January 2021!
Just provide a temporary solution, otherwise no Christmas event for us.

Ik denk niet dat dat gaat, je zit de Duitse plaatjes ook ed dus ik denk dat je nu alleen met die Duiste account kan inloggen.

My Clientdoes not react after opening. Even after installing it. It still in a frozen window. Please help
