- Avoid touching your face - namely your eyes, mouth and nose.
- Avoid physical contact when greeting - instead of shaking hands, be inventive and come up with a new "contactless" greeting!
- Help vulnerable groups of people - even if you're young and healthy, doing the above helps protect people who are at a higher risk.
