BB_Sidious, I would advise you to start play the game yourself! That way you can easily identify most of the issues yourself and not bother players with extra administrative workload. Usually this is not why people want to play the game. Although, I must admit with current version you cannot really do anything else then being frsutrated over all the issues you are finding. Definitely not some players as the home page indicates, but the vast majority if I interpret in-game chats and the hundreds of comments on the world wide forums.

You can submit reports on this forum. Feel free to create a new thread in the "Spel problemen" section or other relevant sections in the forum to report issues or bugs that you encounter in the game. You can also use the template when reporting game bugs to support.

The template is a guide. If you include the information requested in the template when reporting issues, it can help our team sort out issues faster.

Sometimes, it takes a combination of the OS, browser, screen dimensions, device, time of day, etc. for bugs and other issues to appear in the game. Thus, we request this information from players. I understand this can be frustrating and apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is doing what they can to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

That will be quite a lot of new threats :P but sure, if that's what will help you guys to bring back a working world of settlers, I'll give it a shot :)
