Hello players,

In case you're unable to click the completion "checkmark" in relation to the Event Festival Hall, and if the Balloon-Donation-Counter does not appear. Logout for at least 15 minutes, and make sure your friends do not visit your island during this time. This will reset the home island and fix these issues.

The Anniversary Premium Bundle 2 contains 2x 7 days premium. Our team has found a technical error and are already working on it. Be assured that the missing 7 Day Premium will be sent to everyone who has purchased this bundle.

visschotel op brouwerij, die heb ik dus niet meer staan, alleen kloosters, daar werken die dingen dus niet op, ben je verplicht die brouwerij erbij te bouwen, komt er een queeste met vischotels op bakkerij of VERBETERDE bakkerij, denk ok mooi , NIET dus , werkt niet op de verbeterde , dus weer een gewone bakkerij bouwen, wat moet er nog allemaal bij gebouwd worden, alsof de plek die er is nog meer gebouwen kan hebben en maar steeds met gebouwen komen waar je meerdere van moet plaatsen om de tijden terug te dringen van items maken, waar zijn jullie mee bezig???????

kleine moeite om ff neer te zetten en daarna weer af te breken.
Heb bij die missie van de bakkerij overigens geen VERBETERDE zien staan, maar kan misgekeken hebben:)

The Anniversary Event ends on September 20th, 10:00 CEST, however, you will have 3 additional days to collect your potential reward(s).

bij de deactivatie werd altijd deactivatie fase 1 en 2 uitgesplitst. Nu niet. Timer van event linksonder, loopt tm donderdagochtend 24-9
Vraag me dus af: Kun je taarten gooien op feestzaal en ballon doneren, tm 20/9, 23/9, of 24/9?

This means that you will no longer be able to donate balloons or use Cakes after approximately 10:00 CEST on the 20th of September, however, you will still have 3 more days to claim all event rewards that you've earned.

Update: The donation phase ends on the 21st of September 2020 at 10:00 CEST, then you will have 3 more days to collect your rewards. Sorry for the confusion.

Dank voor het snelle en duidelijke antwoord. Zal overigens wel een typfout zijn. Ook in het oorspronkelijke ontwikkel logboek op dit forum.
Gezien ontwikkel log op .com forum + de timer in het missieboek van doneerfase 3 = 21-9 10.00 einddatum

Deze informatie klopt dus helemaal niet BB_Sious :(
Je kan na de genoemde tijd en datum nog gewoon ballonnen doneren en taarten gebruiken op de feestzaal!!!

And is far from clear as well.

" ... to claim all event rewards that you've earned" means collect what you left behind....not to gain any possible future rewards.

If all is still possible, why not simply say "Event runs another 3 days"...as seems to be happening now

Enige dat uitgeschakeld is, is gemeenschappelijk doel... maar dat was toch al behaald.
Ik schakel de rest wel handmatig uit, want als ik op BB moet wachten:p
