Have you tried restarting your internet connection and the game? This may be due to a local network issue.

i have restart internet connection and the game, restart the router, newest version of browser chrome and flash and after every change empty cache and remove all the cookies and history. Strange is that i can play the game, but cant`t see any player online and no chat server and i can`t send messages. All my internet is working perfect, only the chatserver is not. I have already made a ticket but that dosn`t solve anything.

Hi hofnar,

Before we dig further into this, can you check if you have other pending updates on your device (such as OS updates, Anti-virus/Firewall, etc.)? We have reports from other instances that they resolved this issue by completing software updates on their computers.

Vandaag eindelijk met firefox kunnen inloggen ( duurt wel heel lang ) en daar doen de chatservers het wel, alleen zie ik nog steeds niet dat iemand online is. Support via ticket is weer eens zoals altijd ronduit waardeloos.

Het probleem van het plots herstarten van de chats komt nog steeds voor en heeft niks te maken met mijn internet connectie. want ik doe ook andere zaken die dat nodig hebben en dat blijft wel gewoon werken.
