Voor mij een onduidelijke vraagstelling, omdat hier wordt gesproken over 'goals'.
Aangezien er 2 fases zijn denk ik dat bedoeld wordt na fase 2.
Daarom 1.234.567 balonnen

Dear players,

As of (16.09.2019 - 17:20 CEST) we have 590 million balloons donated. There are already 157.153.819 balloons in their storage and this is growing steadily. If they keep up the gathering rate of balloons and truly spend all of the balloons in their storages, they are able to finish goal 2 - even before the event runs close to an end."

Make this data as positive as possible and cheer the players on as much as you can. We need to show them that they CAN reach it and don't need to give up.
