Ik kon laatste niet inloggen en probeerde daarvoor hulp te zoeken. Dat is blijkbaar niet mogelijk.
Ik kon niet op het forum posten, want ik was niet ingelogd (ok, logisch)
Maar op de website is "ondersteuning" ook niet te bereiken zonder in te loggen.
Dat is bij elkaar best onhandig als je probleem "ik kan niet inloggen".
Kan er iets komen dat je ook hulp kunt zoeken als je niet bent ingelogd?
De facebookpagina van TSO?
Twitter?
UBI support teams?

Yes, you can reach us through our social media channels. You can also email customer support directly. The email address is not displayed in public in order to avoid spam. However, moderators can provide the email address, in private, if needed.

But Sious, if you can't log in, you can never reach a moderator. Nice that you have that e-mailadress, but how do you get it when you can't log in?
Kolkkie is right and I experieced this firsthand yesterday.
For some reason I couldnt log in anymore.
I tried looking for ways to contact somebody, but there simply wasn't one.
So ultimately I changed my password, and I could log in again.
A guild member had similar problem this week by the way, he also couldnt log in all of a sudden.
The support section should at least provide some way to contact somebody, since the singe sign on also makes contacting any forum member impossible.

Let's hope that you will not need it. If you really can't log in to The Settlers Online website and a password reset does not work, then you can seek assistance via UBI support (https://support.ubi.com/nl-nl/Contact#nl-nl) or you can send us a message on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TheSettlersOnline) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/TSO_UK) and we'll send you the email. Also, you may ask for it in advance or ask your friend to get it for you.

it would help to provide those links or the above message in a support section that's also available when someone is not logged in.
Not everybody uses Facebook, Twitter, or even knows about Ubisoft.
And, in which way are we supposed to contact friends/ ask friends?
Via which means/ channel?
It feels like you are relaying support questions to the user community?

Mostly for the UBI support link (since I do not have a twitter or a facebook), I had not found that myself while searching.

Wij snappen heel goed dat een discussie waar BB_Sious aan deelneemt al snel naar het Engels verschuift, maar gelieve wel de moeite te blijven nemen een vertaling voor uw eigen teksten te blijven voorzien en dus ook posten, niet alle Settlers zijn het Engels even machtig als u. Het is voor ons onbegonnen werk ieders posts te vertalen, die van BB_Sious bijhouden kunnen we wel doen, maar daar vragen we even geduld voor aangezien we niet 24/7 met het forum kunnen bezig zijn.
