Generaal trekt niet terug

Omdat er iets mis ging moest ik mijn generaal terugtrekken. Ik klik op de terugtrekbutton en er gebeurd niks nakkes nada. Snel even heen en weer naar het thuiseiland werkte ook niet. Generaal gaat vechten en gaat dood. Ik zit nu met een dode generaal en o.a.met 100K verlies!
Dit is niet de eerste keer dat het gebeurd. Het gaat op en af. De ene keer trekt hij wel snel terug en op het andere moment vraag ik mij af of de functie terugtrekken wel aan die knop gekoppeld is. Dit is onderhand wel een heel ergerlijk probleem aan het worden.

Hi Kolkkie,

I understood you were not able to use the retreat feature of your general. Please note that sometimes you have to be fast when using it, if the enemy camp is nearby. Moreover, if your general already entered the aggro zone, you cannot retreat it anymore (remember that there were some changes concerning this with The Nords, Invasion of the Nords, Surprise Attack and Arctic Explosion adventures. See changelog (http://forum.thesettlersonline.nl/threads/19607)).
If you think this is an error however, please inform the support team: don't forget to mention the name of the adventure, the general you used and its location between the two camps when this issue occurred. Was the button not usable (grayed out) or could you actually click it?

Ik begreep dat je niet in de mogelijkheid was de terugtrek functie van je generaal te gebruiken. Denk eraan dat je soms snel moet zijn om die te gebruiken als de kampen dichtbij zijn. Meerbepaald als je generaal al in de rode zone is kan je niet meer terugtrekken (vergeet niet dat er bij De Vikingen, Invasie van de Vikingen, Verrassingsaanval en Ijskoude Explosie hierbij wat veranderingen zijn aangebracht. Zie changelog (http://forum.thesettlersonline.nl/threads/19607)).
Als je toch denkt dat het een fout was zou ik je willen vragen toch het ondersteuningsteam te informeren: vergeet niet de naam van het avontuur, de generaal je gebruikte en zijn locatie tussen de 2 kampen toen het probleem optrad te vermelden. Was de knop niet beschikbaar ( uitgegrijsd) of kon je er wel op klikken?

That is correct! It happened in Roaring Bull. Normally there isn't a problem to retreat my general in that position. Only this time my MMA didn't react on the retreat-call.

The problem seems to occur when I've already invited some lootspotters. Put troops in and out of the general become very slowly as well.

The retreat-button was yellow at the time, so I coult retreat my general only it didn't respont to it.
